Last weekend, seventeen young professional men traveled to Blue Ridge, Georgia for a weekend of intense devotionals, team-building, and hiking. It was a trip of a lifetime. We had two nice cabins, ate great food, and many developed new friendships. It was an unforgettable trip that was filled with fun, fellowship, and great times of ministry.
It was the first time we have ever done something like that in YP. I took the guys that have participated in our Summer dscipleship workshop. We hiked 7 miles, ate great food, and had eight different corporate devotionals over the two day trip.
It was the perfect way to close out the growth and development that we have all been experiencing this summer. We’re looking to the fall with great anticipation of what God is going to do in YP and at Southpoint. We just want to do God’s will. We want to build faith in others and live holy and righteously before God.
So thankful for all the mighty warriors that went on the trip. God is moving.
I’m Harold Dorrell Briscoe. Thanks for reading.
